Auto-reply to new reviews is a switch in the review inbox on paid plans: it is off until an owner or admin turns it on, and on the free trial it offers to start your plan first. It answers only reviews written after you switch it on, and only 4–5★ ones unless you widen it to every rating, so 1–3★ reviews keep their alert with a drafted reply that waits for your Publish. Each reply is the same AI draft the inbox would show, in your saved tone and in the reviewer's language: a review in Spanish is answered in Spanish, one in German in German, one in Japanese in Japanese. If the AI is unavailable, nothing is posted, and the inbox marks every automatic reply “Replied automatically”.

Yes, from the alert. When a 1–3★ review lands, the alert email quotes a reply already drafted by AI, and “Review & publish reply →” opens a personal, single-use link, valid for 7 days, to a page with no login: the review, the draft you can edit and one “Publish to Google” button. The Monday digest carries the same link, and in a Telegram private chat “✅ Publish draft” posts the draft in one tap. Nothing is posted to Google until you tap Publish. On the free trial, replies are drafted inside the first 2 alerts; on paid plans, inside every alert.

No. You connect through Google's own sign-in (OAuth) and grant access to your Business Profile only. We never see your password, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time. Nothing is posted to Google until a person taps Publish, unless you switch on Auto-reply to new reviews (paid plans, 4–5★ by default).
