White-label client reports
Brand ReputeMap as your own, schedule monthly PDF review reports per client, and give clients a read-only branded portal.
White-label client reports
ReputeMap lets you present Google review results to your clients under your own brand. Set up your branding once, schedule a monthly PDF per client, and give each client a read-only portal they can check anytime. White-label branding is included on the Pro plan ($499/mo, 30 locations).
This page assumes you have already finished getting started and have at least one client’s locations syncing from Google. If not, start with connecting Google.
1. Set up your branding
Your brand is applied to every PDF report and to the client portal shell, so set it before you send anything.
- Sign in at app.reputemap.com/login and open Settings → Branding.
- Enter your agency name (this replaces “ReputeMap” on reports and the portal).
- Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, transparent background works best).
- Set your primary color as a hex value. It is used for headings, accents, and chart highlights.
- Save. A live preview shows how a report header and the portal will look.
These three settings, name, logo, and color, are the whole branding system. ReputeMap is intentionally not a full theming engine, so there is nothing else to configure.
2. What’s in a report
Each branded PDF covers one client for one period and includes:
- Average rating and the change versus the previous period
- New reviews received
- Percent replied (reply coverage)
- Unresolved negative reviews (1-3 star) still needing a response
- Top themes pulled from review text
- Recommended actions for the next period
To generate one on demand, open the client, choose a date range, and click Generate report. The PDF is saved to the client’s report history and can be downloaded or emailed.
3. Schedule monthly reports
Instead of generating reports by hand, schedule them once per client.
- Open a client and go to Reports → Schedule.
- Choose the frequency: weekly or monthly.
- Confirm the recipient email addresses for that client.
- Toggle the schedule on.
ReputeMap then builds the branded PDF at the start of each period and emails it automatically. Every send is recorded in the send log so you can confirm a client received their report. You can pause or change the schedule per client at any time, and the per-client toggle means you control exactly who is on autopilot and who is not.
4. Give clients the portal
Some clients want to look between reports. The client portal is a read-only, agency-branded view of their own data.
- From the client page, open Portal and click Create access link.
- Copy the magic link and send it to your client.
The portal shows that client’s locations, recent reviews, rating trend, and their report history, all under your branding, with no ReputeMap login required. It is read-only: clients cannot reply to reviews, change settings, or see other clients. This keeps you in control while giving clients self-serve visibility.
Tips
- Set branding before generating your first report so nothing goes out unbranded.
- Pair reports with your review inbox workflow: a high reply-coverage number in the report reflects the replies you publish from the inbox.
- Reports and the portal show Google review data only. ReputeMap is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
